![]() Kids are 5 & 7 and still ride on it (2 & 4 are the perfect age to start!). I’ve owned my radwagon 4 for almost 2 years/ 4600 miles. If I were to buy again I would just buy two Murfs instead of one Rad and one Murf. You’ll easily spend 400$ to put better tires and brakes on your Rad. The brakes are also way better (hydraulic). It cost a few hundred more and is way better quality.Ĭost 1000$ more than the Rad but it uses a normal tire size which is easier to find. Stay on this thread and you’ll see more and more complaints daily. Also a lot of those people are older customers who bought years ago. There is a lot and I mean A LOT of people that will say how great Rad is, but that has not been my experience. People will argue this all damn day but at the end of the day Rad just needs to use a better quality tire. God forbid you get a flat out on a ride, you will not be changing it without a good set of tire levers. They cost a heck of a lot more, they weigh much more, and they are going to slow you down more. Sure you can go to moped or motorcycle tires but that has its downfalls. Rad is the only company that sells and provides tires and tubes. Plus the tire size for the Rad wagon is a complete joke. The controller issue has yet to even be fixed because Rad simply doesn’t care to send me a replacement. I had tire and tube issues, many problems with customer service, and I have been having controller issues. We bought our Rad Wagon 4 months ago and I am already considering selling.
